Intelligent Truck Parking Workshop
19th June 2018, Prague, Czech Republic
The freight traffic on roads is steadily increasing. However, it is not feasible to simply build more or bigger truck parking sites. Instead, it’s better to find smarter solutions. In this spirit, we invite you to participate in this first joint workshop covering three major topics:
- ITS for safe and secure parking of HGV on TEN-T corridors – pilots, deployments, lessons learned
- User perspective – information services, specific needs of truck drivers and transportation companies
- Cross-border/cross-corridor data exchange
The workshop will start at 10:00 a.m. and is expected to go till 5:00 p.m. at "Bio Ponrepo", Bartolomejska 11, Prague.
The place is situated in the historic center of Prague and it is easily reachable by public transport. It’s a five-minute walk away from:
- Metro line A station Mustek
- Metro line B station Narodni trida
- Tram lines 1, 2, 9, 18, 22, 23 station Narodni trida
